AGCORE · Private Beta · v6.14.0
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the AGCORE private-beta farm operating system. They are written for the pilot and must be reviewed by a South African attorney before commercial launch.
Effective 25 September 2026 · Policy version 2026-10-14
Service provider: AGCORE (PTY) LTD · Registration 2026/794260/07
1. Using AGCORE
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your login details and only use the platform for lawful agricultural and business purposes. Access is subject to account verification, role permissions and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Private-beta service
AGCORE is currently a private-beta product. Features, calculations, integrations and availability may change. Keep independent copies of records that are essential to your operation and verify important outputs before acting on them.
3. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the farm, field, operational and marketplace information you submit. You give AGCORE permission to host, process, back up and display that information only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
4. Decisions and professional advice
All plans, budgets, prices, weather guidance, maps, imagery, alerts, diagnoses, forecasts, calculations and recommendations are decision-support estimates only. They do not constitute an instruction, approval, warranty or substitute for agronomic, chemical-label, financial, tax, legal, safety or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for inspecting actual conditions, checking source records, obtaining appropriate professional advice and making the final operational decision.
5. Weather, scouting and agricultural products
Weather and satellite information may be delayed, incomplete, modelled or different from conditions at a particular field. Scouting and artificial-intelligence outputs identify possibilities rather than confirmed diagnoses. Before applying any agricultural remedy, the user must confirm the diagnosis, crop registration, application rate, compatibility, withholding period, safety precautions and all directions on the registered product label, and comply with applicable law and professional requirements.
6. Grain marketplace and financial estimates
Unless AGCORE expressly states otherwise, buyers, sellers and transporters contract with one another. Users must verify quality, quantity, location, price, delivery, insurance and payment terms. SAFEX references, projected income, margins, budgets, yields and cash-flow outputs are estimates based on the information available in the platform and are not executable prices, audited accounts, credit advice or guarantees of financial performance. AGCORE may moderate access but does not guarantee a user, listing, bid or transaction.
7. User records and verification
You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of information entered, imported, scanned or supplied through an integration. You must review imported spreadsheets, scanned documents, allocations, stock movements, reports and calculations before relying on them. AGCORE does not replace original source documents, statutory records, safety procedures or independent backups.
8. Third-party services and availability
AGCORE may rely on third-party hosting, mapping, weather, satellite, artificial-intelligence, market-data and communications services. Their information and availability may change or contain errors. AGCORE does not control or warrant third-party services and may suspend an integration where needed for security, compliance or reliability.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or operate the pilot safely. You may request account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, AGCORE is provided on an “as available” basis. AGCORE does not warrant that the service, source data or calculations will always be uninterrupted, current, complete or error-free. AGCORE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruption, inaccurate or incomplete user data, third-party services, modelled information or decisions made without independent verification. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that may not lawfully be excluded, including any prohibition applicable to gross negligence.
11. Governing law and changes
South African law applies. Material changes will be communicated in the platform and may require renewed acceptance. Questions or legal notices can be submitted through AGCORE support.
