Service provider: AGCORE (PTY) LTD · Registration 2026/794260/07

Information we collect

We may process account and contact information; identity, registration and verification documents; user roles; farm, field and location data; crop plans, inventory, activities and financial records; marketplace listings and bids; uploaded files; and device, security and synchronisation logs.

Why we use it

We use information to create and verify accounts, provide role-based features, store and synchronise farm records, calculate budgets and inventory movements, support marketplace workflows, prevent fraud, secure the platform, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only where required for the service, with authorised members of your organisation, transaction participants you deliberately engage, professional advisers, regulators where legally required, and contracted infrastructure or mapping providers. Verification documents should be kept private and made available only to authorised reviewers.

Security and retention

AGCORE uses access controls, role permissions and appropriate technical safeguards. No system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, contractual duties, dispute handling, backups and legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

Subject to POPIA, you may ask to access or correct personal information, object to certain processing, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. Requests can be submitted through AGCORE support and may require identity verification.

Cookies, devices and third-party links

AGCORE may use essential browser storage for authentication, offline operation, preferences and security. External mapping, infrastructure or linked services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Contact and updates

Privacy questions and data-subject requests can be submitted through AGCORE support. Before commercial launch, AGCORE will publish its responsible-party details, Information Officer contact details and formal request process. Material notice changes will be shown in the platform.
